Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. Please note that during peak seasons or after a restock, processing times may be slightly delayed.

 

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia and New Zealand)

We offer a variety of shipping options for our Australian customers:

Standard Shipping: Flat rate. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.

Express Shipping: Flat rate. Delivery within 3-5 business days.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and any courier delays, which are outside of our control.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please see our rates and estimated delivery times below:

Standard International Shipping: Flat Rate. Estimated delivery within 10-21 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, and other charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary from country to country. Please check your local customs office for more information.

FyreFly Creations is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes imposed once your package reaches your destination country.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your package on the courier’s website.


Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulations, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is restricted, the option will not appear at checkout.


Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take great care in packaging your order, FyreFly Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit. However, if your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. FyreFly Creations is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
